Email support@edvantiq.com. We reply within 2 business days. Tell us the email address you use with Mentor Match and what you were trying to do. That is usually enough for us to sort it out in one reply.

Getting an account

Mentor Match accounts are provisioned by your university or organization, not created by you. There is no public sign-up. Once your program adds you to its approved list, an invitation arrives by email with a link to set your password and open the app.

If you expected an invitation and have not received one, check your spam folder, then ask your program coordinator whether your address is on the list. If you were invited but the link no longer works, email us.

Trouble signing in

Open the app and tap “Trouble Signing in?” on the first screen. Enter your university email address and we send a one-time code to it. Enter the code and you can set a new password. The same flow is available once you are signed in, under Settings → Update password.

Two things trip people up here:

• Use the university email address your program registered. A personal address will not be recognized.
• Codes are emailed and they expire. If one does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then request another.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own account from inside the app. Open your profile, tap the settings button, then Delete account. No request or approval is needed. Deleting removes your profile, your resume, your messages, and your match history.

What happens to the underlying records, and how long deleted data takes to age out of backups, is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you cannot get into the app at all, email us and we will handle the deletion for you.
